When Sugar Station first opened at Southern Cross Station in 2006, it was built around one idea: walk into a lolly shop, grab a paper bag, and scoop your own favourites from a wall of jars. No two bags the same. No-one telling you what to buy. Just the old-school lolly shop experience the supermarkets had quietly killed off.
Today, we still run that same wall of jars at all three of our Melbourne stores. And we've translated it online — so wherever you are in Australia, you can build your own Sugar Station Pick 'N' Mix and have it on your doorstep within a week.
